Setpoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We have two growing title companies in Tampa that are looking to hire a Title Processor for immediate hire. If you have 2+ years working for a title company or real estate law firm as a Processor or Pre-Processor/Opener, this could be a great opportunity to be able to take your career to a new level.
Salary: $50,000-$60,000/yr. This is a PERMANENT position and NOT TEMP.

Title Processor: Candidate must have 2+ years of current experience working for a title company or law firm as a Title Processor. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues, and help prepare HUD's and CD's. Candidates who have REO experience will be given priority consideration. The candidate must have good data entry and computer skills.
Candidates must pass a complete background check.
