SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Banking, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We are currently looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Business Partner for our national client with operations in the LA/Culver City, CA area. Candidate must be 100% fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written.
This is a Contract-Hire role and is available immediately.
This is a high-volume position with most of the focus on Employee Relations. The clients for our client are 3 shift operations, so the candidate must be able to, on chance work until 6 pm or 7 pm to meet with 3rd shift employees before their shift starts to assist with onboarding and employee relations issues.
Pay for the position is $100,000-$110,000/yr.
The role is 2 days in the corporate office, 1-2 days in the field visiting sites throughout Southern California, and 1 day working at home.
Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications and Duties:
- The purpose of the HRBP is to provide professional-level HR Services with an emphasis in the areas of onboarding and employee relations.
- Supports business leaders and is fully dedicated to leadership HR needs and target goals.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough, objective investigations.
- The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience working in a team-oriented HR capacity at a larger corporation in a high-volume work environment. Candidates who have experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution areas will be given priority consideration.
- Must be able to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems would be preferred.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required
- The candidate must be flexible with shifts and have to work some evenings, and enjoy travel. All mileage and expenses are reimbursed.
