SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Real Estate, Legal, Financial, and Banking industries. We are currently partnering with a national hospitality client in the Tampa market seeking an experienced Corporate Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. The position is partly hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day of working remotely.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical accounting professional with strong Excel and data-management skills. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry. Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.

Compensation
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + quarterly bonus

Key Responsibilities

Audit, review, and analyze financial data and reports

Manipulate and categorize large datasets using advanced Excel functions

Perform general ledger reconciliations and financial analysis

Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes

Review P&Ls and financial statements with field/location management
-
Translate complex financial results into clear, actionable insights

Support accounts payable documentation, reporting, and analysis

Prepare ad hoc financial reports as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data extraction and manipulation)

Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting

Experience working with large datasets and financial systems

Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred

Excellent organizational, time management, and deadline-driven work style

Strong communication skills with the ability to present to management
