SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Banking, Financial, and Customer Service industries. We have a national title insurance client looking for a Commercial Escrow Assistant for a full-time position in Houston, Texas.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL ESCROW/TITLE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
We are seeking a candidate who aspires to train and eventually become a Commercial EO.
The salary range is $80,000-$85.00. PLUS BONUS Our client offers great benefits, including health and 401 K.
This is a permanent position upon hire and is NOT temp.
Commercial Escrow Assistant: The candidate will provide customer service and clerical support for the commercial closing services division. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys, and agent customers, as well as review title commitments.
Commercial Escrow Assistant will also prepare closing bills and should know how to prepare fee policies and other documents as they pertain to the closing.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience working with a title insurance company or real estate law firm as an EA on the commercial side.
