SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the title/escrow, legal, mortgage, customer service, and banking industries. We have a growing national firm that is currently looking for an experienced Foreclosure Legal Assistant for one of their offices in South Florida (Miami, Ft Lauderdale, or West Palm). If you have 2-3 years of experience in the foreclosure industry or mortgage servicing industry, please submit your resume for review.
Pay: $65,000-$75,000/yr. Position is on-site for 90 days and then will be Hybrid.
Foreclosure Legal Assistant: Primarily, we are looking for candidates who will assist in the initial stages of the foreclosure process. Candidates will review court records pertaining to property and attorney filings and make sure all documentation is accurate for any and all filings. The candidate will enter findings in the computer system. The candidate will also review any bankruptcy documents and order the title, and review the title documents. The candidate will communicate with delinquent owners and document all conversations accurately in the system. Candidates must be able to work in a high-volume, strict-deadline environment. Attention to detail is critical.
Candidate must have great communication skills and good data entry skills.

Must have legal or title foreclosure experience and 2-3 yrs exp. as a foreclosure or collections clerk.
