We have a growing national title insurance company with a branch in the Spring, Texas area that is seeking to hire an experienced Escrow Officer to join its growing operations.
Pay Range $80,000- $85,000/yr. Plus monthly bonuses and fantastic benefits. This is a Direct Hire role.

Escrow Officer Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for bringing residential and commercial escrows to a close.
- Read closing instructions and balance file.
- Prepare documents for closing, recording, and issuing all checks.
-Contacts title company, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve.
-Responsible for receiving closing packages from notary signers.
-Review closing documents for accuracy and send out funding documents.
-Handles the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
-Reviews title to confirm liens are released, or the appropriate documentation is received.
-Prepares title policy and reviews recordings for accuracy and forwards the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department.

-3+ years title/escrow experience
-Signing authority is a must
-Excellent computer skills
-Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
