SetPoint Consultants is a national staffing firm that has specialized in the title and mortgage industry for over 25 years. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Title Closer for a growing Florida title company with an office located in the downtown Orlando/Winter Park area.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Closer who can prepare HUDs and CDs, manage files from A–Z, physically close loans, and enjoys being the face of the office.
The salary range is $65,000–$70,000 per year, and our client offers excellent benefits.
This is a direct hire opportunity.
The selected candidate must hold a Florida Notary, and a Florida Title Agent’s License is preferred.

Requirements
- 3+ years of current Florida title closing experience
- Florida Notary required; Florida Title Agent’s License preferred
- Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
- Strong people skills with some marketing or sales experience
- Solid computer skills, including industry-specific title software
