Current Openings & Salary Ranges – Houston Area
Galleria Area:
- Commercial Escrow Assistant
- Requirements: 3–5 years of Commercial experience or 7–10 years as a Residential Escrow Assistant (Commercial training provided).
- Salary: $85,000/year + monthly bonuses
- Residential & Commercial Escrow Officers
- Residential: $90,000–$120,000/year + bonuses
- Commercial: $120,000–$250,000/year + bonuses (based on experience)
- Residential Escrow Assistant
- Requirements: 4–6 years of Residential experience, high-volume preferred
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year + monthly bonuses
The Woodlands:
- Residential Escrow Officer
- Client Base: Upscale clientele at a growing company
- Salary: Up to $85,000/year + monthly bonuses & advancement opportunities
Spring:
- Residential Escrow Assistant
- Requirements: 2–4 years of experience
- Career Path: Excellent opportunity for promotion to Escrow Officer
- Salary: Up to $65,000/year
