Title Processor and Title Closer- Fort Lauderdale- PERM

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing title company in Ft Lauderdale that is looking for a Title Processor and a Title Closer. Please submit your resume for immediate consideration. Both Positions are permanent upon hire.

Salary for Processor $55,000-$65,000 and Closer $70,000-$80,000

Title Processor: Candidate must have 2-3 years of current experience working for a title company or law firm as a Title Processor. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues, and help prepare HUDs.

Title Closer/Escrow Officer: The candidate will work with the processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements, and conduct closings. Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer/Escrow Officer. The candidate will ensure that their work, as well as the work of any employees supervised, complies with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

•High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
•2-5 years related title closing or processing experience required.
•Ability to understand and interpret more complex closings, including REO and Short Sale
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Ability to pass credit and criminal background checks.
