SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Financial, and Customer Service industries. Our client is looking for an experienced Title Post Closer/Recording Officer with 3 plus years of recent Post Closing/Recording experience to join their team in Ft Lauderdale. The candidate must have recent experience working for a title/escrow company or law firm in this role.
This is a permanent position upon hire. The role is hybrid role after 90 days, 2 days remote.
Salary is commensurate with experience but should range from $58,000-$68,000/yr.
Title Post Closer-Recorder
Candidates should have prior experience working as a Title Post Closer. Responsibilities include recording closed lender packages and scanning packages into the system. Candidates must be able to multitask, handle large volumes of files, and have a high attention to detail. Good typing/data entry skills are a must, and candidates must have experience following up on recordings and preparing recording reports for management.
