SetPoint Consultants is a national staffing firm that has specialized in the title and mortgage industry for over 25 years. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Escrow Closer for a growing Florida title company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a closer who can prepare a HUD and CD, manage files from A–Z, conduct closings in person, and serve as the face of the office.
Salary: $65,000–$73,000 per year. Our client offers excellent benefits and bonus opportunities.
This is a direct-hire position.
Our client provides a stable, team-oriented work environment with strong opportunities for advancement. A Florida Notary is required, and a Florida Title Agent’s License is preferred.

Requirements

3+ years of current Florida title closing experience

Florida Notary required; Florida Title Agent’s License preferred

Ability to prepare HUD and Closing Disclosures (CDs)

Experience handling files from open to close (A–Z)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent people skills with some marketing or sales experience

Strong computer skills, including industry-specific title software
