SetPoint Consultants is partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-state services organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale its recruiting function.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, managing a geographically dispersed recruiting team, and partnering closely with operational leadership to support business growth.
Candidates who have worked in the light industrial, retail, or manufacturing industries will be successful in this role.
Salary- will range $120,000-$130,000/yr. This is a hybrid role of 2 days in the office and 3 remote
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee a full-cycle recruitment strategy across multiple regions and functions while directly leading a team of recruiters. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring hiring initiatives align with operational goals and long-term workforce planning.
The role reports to senior Talent leadership and manages a team of direct reports while collaborating cross-functionally with HR and field operations.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans

Lead, mentor, and develop a remote recruiting team to drive performance and accountability

Establish recruiting metrics, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements

Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies across multiple states and markets

Strengthen employer branding initiatives to improve candidate attraction and engagement

Ensure consistent and effective interview and selection processes

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support growth and reduce time-to-fill

Drive diversity-focused recruitment initiatives

Monitor market conditions and adapt recruiting strategies in competitive labor environments

Support the continuous improvement of recruitment systems and tools
Ideal Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

8+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience

5+ years leading and developing recruiting teams in multi-site or national environments

Experience supporting high-growth or evolving organizations

Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate metrics into action

Demonstrated success partnering with operational leadership

Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience preferred)

Comfortable working in a hybrid or distributed environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Willingness to travel periodically as needed
