Location: Remote but candidate must live in Texas and have Texas state experience.
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000/year (DOE) + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are currently partnering with a growing title and escrow company seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join their team. This is a remote position supporting their Texas offices.
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Escrow Officer who is confident in managing complex commercial transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close commercial escrow transactions in coordination with Escrow Assistants
- Review purchase and sale agreements, as well as buyer, seller, and lender instructions to determine escrow requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely closing documents
- Coordinate the disbursement of funds and handle all transaction-specific requirements
- Clear all title exceptions and communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer
- Fast and accurate typing, data entry, and 10-key skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Must pass background checks
- Outgoing personality with a professional demeanor and a strong sense of urgency
