SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing national real estate firm that is currently looking for an experienced Title Curative Associate for an immediate start. Candidates with 3 plus years of recent title curative or examining experience are encouraged to apply.
The position is a PERMANENT position upon hire and is not temp.
Resware software experience is required.
A $10k sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment is offered!!
Salary is commensurate with experience- $60,000-$65,000/yr
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title Curative Associate
- Performs clerical duties to assist in gathering information for clearing title
- Performs basic clerical functions to set up new files
- Assists in reviewing and clearing discrepancies on the title
- Make and receive phone calls about title issues
- Must be able to multitask and work on many files simultaneously
- National experiences preferred

Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the title industry, clearing title issues, is preferred
Curative experience in Texas and other states preferred.
Good typing skills are required.
Resware, MS Office & Internet Skills are a must.
Solid job tenure and good references.
Must be able to deliver top-notch customer service and work well under pressure.
