We have a client with an office in Southlake, TX., who is growing and looking for an experienced Escrow Assistant to join their team. 3-5 years of recent experience is required. This will fill fast. The salary is $60,000-$70,000/yr.
Job Description: Escrow Assistant:
-Candidate will support the escrow department and escrow officer by assisting with administrative duties related to escrow closings and delivering top-notch customer service to clients.
-The Escrow Assistant will open orders, assist in inputting closing statements as instructed by the Escrow Officer, or by following specified requirements
-Determining escrow requirements by reviewing the purchase & sale agreement, buyer, seller, and lending instructions
-Candidate will prepare closing documents and might assist in coordinating the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions and/or transaction-specific requirements
-Escrow Assistant must have superior communication skills as this position requires constant communication of specific requirements needed to close transactions and to clear title exceptions
-Candidate will interpret earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions
