SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing title/escrow company that is looking to hire an Escrow Funder for their operations in Plano, TX.
Candidates must have great communication skills and an outgoing personality. This is an extremely high-volume role, so candidates must be able to handle the volume.
The position is permanent upon hire and is NOT temp or temp-hire.
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
Candidates with 3 plus years of title/escrow experience are encouraged to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Escrow Funder:
The candidate will provide support to the escrow department by assisting with administrative duties related to closings and delivering top-notch customer service to clients. The candidate will be responsible for high-volume funding. The candidate will disburse closed lender packages and help prepare the final title policy, along with scanning packages into the system. The ability to cut checks and record transactions is mandatory. The candidate must have superior communication skills as this position requires constant communication of specific requirements needed to close transactions and to clear title exceptions. The candidate will interpret earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
