SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing Pittsburgh area title company that is looking to hire an experienced Title Processor/ Settlement Coordinator for their office. Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
Salary is $38,000-$42,000 year plus great benefits after 60 days.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position and is not temp or temp-hire.
Title Processor/ Settlement Coordinator: Candidate must have 2-3 years of current experience working for a title company, escrow company, or law firm as a Title/Escrow Processor or Settlement Coordinator. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues, and help prepare HUDs with Closing Team. Candidates must be able to multi-task and handle a heavy workload.

High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
2-5 years related title/escrow closing or processing experience required.
Ability to understand and interpret more complex closings including REO and Short Sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
PC skills.
