Our client, a growing New York title company, is looking to hire an experienced Title Officer for their growing organization. This position is permanent upon hire and is NOT temporary or contract. Our client is currently interviewing and would like to hire someone as soon as possible. Title Attorneys are welcome to apply.
Salary: $75,000-$100,000 (candidates with some commercial experience) Plus fantastic benefits
COVID- Will consider remote (work from home) for the perfect candidate however training on-site for approximately a month will be required.
The Title Officer will be responsible for reviewing all title clearance issues and judgments, preparing invoices, and other necessary tasks to prepare a file for closing. Commercial Title experience is preferred and candidates with this background will be given priority consideration.
Title Producers License is preferred but not required.
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of title insurance requirements, title search procedures, and closing requirements/procedures. Examining experience highly preferred.
Candidates must have 5+ years of current experience to be considered.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
7+ years of relevant title insurance experience as a Title Officer
Strong typing and computer skills.
Strong communication skills
The candidate must be well organized and detail-oriented.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to provide great references and pass a background check.
