SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Customer Service, and Banking industries. We have a growing national title company that is currently looking for an experienced Title Underwriter.
Salary Range: $80,000- $88,000 plus great benefits.

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in providing residential real estate expertise. The candidate will have professional communication with attorneys, clients, title insurance companies, government officials, and closing agents. The candidate will be reviewing title and survey due-diligence matters, drafting and reviewing real estate sale and purchase contracts, closing documents, and coordinating purchase and sale closings.
The ability to clear title issues and the ability to prepare all Closing Documents and Settlement Statements are required.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of title experience.
