SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Customer Service, and Banking industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Title Closer to manage the branch of a growing national title company.
This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) position and is available immediately.
Salary Range- $70.000-$80,000 and a great bonus plan could go as high as $20,000 depending on performance.
Title Closer- Branch Manager:
Candidate must have 4-6 plus years of current title closing experience and also have managed a title closing branch in recent times. A current Ohio notary is required.
This is a high-volume office and the candidate must be able to handle the volume. The candidate will help mentor staff and focus on delivering top-notch service to their clients. This is not purely a management position as the candidate will have to assist as needed in doc preparation and physical closings. The candidate will be the face of the office and will have reporting duties to Senior Management so the candidate must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Minimum of 4-6 years experience as a senior Title Closer or Branch Manager.
Ohio Notary required
Current TRID knowledge required
Typing required. MS Office & Internet Skills a must.
Solid job tenure and good references
Must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and be able to manage people
Ability to pass a thorough background check
