SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing national title company that is looking to hire a National Title Closing Officer to work remotely.
Candidates must have an office setup and will be provided a laptop for work. Candidates must have great communication skills and an outgoing personality. This is an extremely high volume role so candidates must be able to handle the volume.
The position is permanent upon hire and is NOT temp. Pay: $60,000-$65,000/yr
Candidates with 3 plus years of title/escrow experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates that have worked in other states are highly encouraged to apply. t have Resware also preferred.
Title Closing Officer:
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of current experience as a Title Closer or Escrow Officer. Candidates that have multi-state closing experience will be given priority consideration. This is an extremely fast-paced role and candidates must be able to prioritize and have a sense of urgency while also focusing on delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must have advanced computer skills and be able to process a file, prepare the HUD, and schedule notaries across the US to close loans.
