We have a client in Jacksonville that is looking for a Closing Coordinator for a full-time position. The candidate will provide customer service and clerical support for the closing services division. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys, and agent customers as well as reviewing title commitments. Candidates will assist in the coordination of closing with the closing date, time, and location of closing.
Candidates that have builder title/closing experience will be given priority consideration.
The salary range is $52,000-$56,000/yr. and will depend on experience.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience working with either a title insurance company, mortgage company, bank, or other real estate services company.
