SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Escrow, Banking, and Legal industries. We have a growing national Title/Escrow company that is looking for an experienced National Commercial Escrow Officer for a remote position. The candidate can be located anywhere in the US.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL ESCROW EXPERIENCE AND NATIONAL OR MULTI-STATE EXPERIENCE.
The salary range is $75,000-$85,000/yr and DOE. This is a permanent position upon hire.
National Commercial Escrow Officer:
The Candidate will work with Escrow Assistants to close commercial escrow closings across the US and will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to their clients.
The candidate will be determining escrow requirements by reviewing the purchase & sale agreement, buyer, seller, and lending instructions.
The candidate will prepare closing documents and might assist in coordinating the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions and/or transaction-specific requirements.
The candidate must have superior communication skills as this position requires constant communication of specific requirements needed to close transactions and must be able to clear all title exceptions.

2-3 years experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer
National or Multi-State experience is required
Fast, accurate typing, data entry & 10-key skills
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to pass background checks.
