We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Mortgage Underwriter for a growing mortgage services company. The position is REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME.

This is a permanent position upon hire and is NOT TEMP OR CONTRACT.
The salary range is $36.00 to $38.00/hr.
Residential Mortgage Underwriter:
The underwriter ideally will possess 3-4 years of current Residential Underwriting experience. The candidate must have an excellent track record, steady jobs, and good references. The candidate must be able to make timely and accurate decisions and possess great verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of underwriting policies and procedures, as well as credit evaluation skills and experience with knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FMLMC guidelines.
We are looking for team-oriented candidates that can work a large caseload and stay focused on strict deadlines.

3-4 years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter

FHA/VA experience is preferred
