SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Banking, Financial, and Customer Service industries. We have a client in Pittsburgh (North Shore area) that is looking for a Closing Coordinator, Post Closer, Curative Associate, and a Recording Clerk for an immediate start. Positions are on-site and full-time.
The candidate will provide customer service and clerical support for the Closing Services Division and Post Closing Division. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys, and agent customers as well as reviewing title commitments. Candidates will assist in the coordination and assignment of Closers with the closing date, time, and location of closing. After the loan is closed candidates will handle post-closing duties as outlined and assist in recording the loan with the local government agencies.
The salary range is $14.00-$18.00/hr. and will depend on experience.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working with either a title insurance company, mortgage company, bank, or other real estate services company. Our client also offers a great training program for candidates with great customer service skills, excellent administrative skills, and a desire to learn the Title/Real Estate industry.
