Candidates will assist in parts of the foreclosure portfolios or other matters pertaining to the foreclosure process. Candidates will be managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Attention to detail, processing work accurately in a timely fashion, and following through on assignments to completion are critical to this position. This position may include and is not limited to responding to inquiries from clients, courts, debtors, and debtor's attorneys, correspondences with all involved parties, and assisting with scheduling. The ability to use real estate technology, including Microsoft Office Products and databases, spreadsheets, and presentations software is preferred. 1-2 years of experience working with foreclosure cases is preferred. Candidates that have worked as a Title or Mortgage Closer or Processor are also highly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be able to work in a high volume, strict deadline environment. Attention to detail is critical.
Candidates will handle and maintain bankruptcy portfolios and other matters surrounding the bankruptcy process. Candidates must handle cases in accordance with client, investor, and government guidelines and follow bankruptcy code guidelines. Candidates will review documents relating to bankruptcy, which will include bankruptcy schedules, deeds of trust, and other legal matters. Following strict guidelines, candidates must mitigate loss and legal risks by accurately recording actions and following guidelines of the process. Work electronic case monitoring files, proofs of claim, amended claims, transfers of claim, payment change notices, etc. Candidates will be required to do escrow calculations and must be familiar with the court and legal terminology to be able to respond to court requests and inquiries received from clients, attorneys, and debtors. Candidates must be acute enough to decide when an attorney's notification and action are required. 1-2 years of experience working in the bankruptcy field is preferred.
