Title Closing Coordinator must have a minimum of 2-3 years of current experience as a Title Closing Assistant/Processor. Candidates should have Florida closing desk experience. Experience with new purchases as well as Refi's and REO is preferred. This is a very fast-paced environment so candidates must be able to prioritize and have a sense of urgency while focusing on customer service.
The salary range is $55,000-$60,000/yr. and will depend on experience.

3 years of recent Florida title experience with closing or processing
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Strong communication skills are essential
