SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Escrow, Banking, and Legal industries. We have a growing Texas escrow company that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish), Escrow Officer for their operations in the Rockwall area. This is a permanent position and is NOT TEMP.
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000/yr.
Escrow Officer Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for bringing residential and commercial escrows to a close.
- Read closing instructions and balance file
- Prepare documents for closing, and recording and issue all checks.
-Contacts title companies, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve.
-Responsible for receiving closing packages from notary signors.
-Review closing documents for accuracy and sends out funding documents.
-Handles the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
-Reviews the title to confirm liens are released or the appropriate documentation is received.
-Prepares title policy and reviews recordings for accuracy and forwards the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department.

Escrow Officer Job Requirements
-Must have high school diploma or equivalent
-Bilingual Spanish
-3+ years title/escrow experience
-Excellent computer skills
-Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-High level multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
