Salary Range for Processor is $40,000-$48,000/yr. and Closer is $55,000-$65,000/yr. and Title Examiner $58,000-$75,000)
Title Processor: Candidate must have 2-3 years of current experience working for a title company, or law firm, as a Title Processor. Candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues and help prepare HUDs.
Title Closer: Candidate will work with processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements and conduct closings. Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer/Escrow Officer. Candidate will ensure that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Closer must have active Florida Notary. Florida Title Agents License preferred but not required. New TRID experience required.
Title Examiner: Examiner will be required to examine documents posted in the public records and the tax/appraiser record associated with specific property. Candidate will search public records and examine title to determine legal condition of the property and will examine copies of records, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgements, vital statistics,and plat and map books to determine ownership, encumbrances and to verify legal description of the property. Determine the impact of any recorded instrument in the chain of title such as deeds, liens, judgements, etc. Outline any title curative issues required and/or identify any senior interest. Candidate will summarize the legal condition of the property and advise the client. Candidate will enter results of the examination into the company's computer. Meet daily quotas.

•High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
•2-5 years related title closing, processing or title examination experience required.
•Ability to understand and interpret more complex closings including REO and Short Sale
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
