SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance and Customer Service industries. We have two growing title company in the Princeton NJ area that is looking to hire a Title Processor for an immediate hire.  If you have 2+ years working for a title company or real estate law firm as a Processor or Pre-Processor/Opener, this could be a great opportunity to be able to take your career to a  new level.

The is a permanent position upon hire and is NOT temp.

Pay for the position will be $35,000-$45,000/yr and is based on experience.

Title Processor:  Candidate must have  2+ years of current experience working for a title company, or law firm, as a Title Processor. Candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues and help prepare HUDs.

Candidates that do not have specific title experience but have worked on the real estate field or mortgage industry and want to learn the title/escrow industry, our client will train. Salary will be at low end of range.

Candidate must have good data entry and computer skills.

Candidates must pass complete background check.

Job Requirements

•High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
•2+ years related title processing or post closing experience required.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and good PC skills
•Ability to pass complete background check
