Pay for the position will be $35,000-$40,000/yr depending on experience

Title Processor: Candidate must have 1+ years of current experience working for a title company, or law firm, as a Title Processor. Candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues and help prepare HUD's and CD's.
Candidate must have good data entry and computer skills along with superior communication skills and friendly demeanor.
Candidates must pass complete background.

•High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
