Pay for the position will be:
Post Closer: $42,000-$48,000/yr and is based on experience.
Title Processor: $54,000-$62,000 Higher pay is for candidates that can prepare commitments and search title along with completing HUD and CD.
Both positions are PERMANENT UPON HIRE and are NOT temp.
Candidate must have 3+ years of current experience working for a title company, or law firm, as a Title Processor. Candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues and help prepare HUDs. Candidates that can prepare commitments and examine title will be given priority consideration. Candidates must be familiar with CD's and be able to complete. Candidate must have good data entry and TSS software experience.
Title Post Closer-Recorder
Candidates should have prior experience working for a Maryland title company as a Post Closer. Responsibilities include recording closed lender packages and scanning packages into system. Ability to use TSS system is essential and experience utilizing TSS is mandatory. Candidates must be able to multi-task, handle large volumes of files and have a high attention to detail. Good typing/data entry skills are a must and candidates must have experience following up on recordings and preparing recording reports for management.
Candidates must pass complete background check including Credit and Criminal.
