SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance and Customer Service industries. We have a growing title company in the Clearwater market looking for a Title Processor and a Title Closer for an immediate start.

Both positions are permanent upon hire and are NOT temp.

Title Processor: Candidate must have 2-3 years of current experience working for a title company, or law firm, as a Title Processor. Candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues and help prepare HUDs. Salary Range- $40,000-$45,000/yr

Title Closer: Candidate will work with processing team to prepare files for closing, prepare settlement statements and conduct closings. Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent Florida experience as a Title Closer. Candidate will ensure that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Title Agents license preferred but not required. Salary Range- $50,000-$60,000/yr.
