Title Insurance Sales Executive:
Our client is offering this exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative, Realtor or Mortgage loan officer to be a Title Insurance Sales Executive. Candidates who do not have experience will be trained but some real estate sales experience is required.
Candidate will develop new relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and all other referral sources for title insurance business. Candidates look to build a solid client base and effectively work referrals which is a key to success and growing a market.
Base salary plus commission plus auto allowance. Salary is $75,000-$90,000 plus bonus! Total comp could exceed $100K.
Essential Job Duties for Title Insurance Sales Executive:
-Work with management to develop a business and marketing plan for the market and secure in person, face to face meetings with target prospects to acquire their business.
-Candidate must be comfortable and capable of communicating effectively to large groups.
-Candidate will assess client needs and present solutions in a consultative fashion.
-Candidate will remain highly visible by attending industry related functions, community events, trade shows, Realtor board meetings, business networking groups etc.
-Candidate will work with Closer's and Processor's to help ensure closings go smooth and all parties are communicated on schedules and any other pertinent information.

-Be motivated and organized to manage time effectively
-Must have a valid driver's license and have ability to travel.
