SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking, and Customer Service industries.  We have a growing firm in Irvine that is currently looking for an experienced Title Curative  Associate and a Loan Closing Coordinator for an immediate start. Candidates with 3 plus years of title or mortgage experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary is commensurate with experience but will range from $19.00-$23.00/hr. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title Curative Associate

  • Performs clerical duties to assist in gathering information for clearing title
  • Performs basic clerical functions to set up new files
  • Assists in reviewing and clearing discrepancies on title
  • Make and receive phone calls about title issues
  • Must be able to multi-task and work many files simultaneously
  • Title experience is required.


Mortgage Loan Closing Coordinator:

  • Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working with a title insurance company, real estate law firm or other real estate services company.
  • Closing experience is highly preferred but we will consider candidates with other title/mortgage skill sets.
  • REO experience is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in the mortgage or title industry is required
Good typing skills are required.

Ability to pass thorough background check
