SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking and Financial industry. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Title Closer for a wonderful, growing Orlando area title company.
This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) position and is available immediately.
Salary is $55,000-$60,000/yr If candidate has following commission will be earned.
Candidate must have 3-5 plus years of current Florida title closing experience and our client prefers a current Florida Title Agents license. A current Florida notary is required.
We are searching for an energetic, customer service driven title professional that will help mentor a staff and focus on delivering top notch service to their clients. This is not purely preparing settlement statements and Closing as the successful candidate will have to be a team player and assist as needed in document preparation, typing commitments and physical closings.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a senior Title Closer or Branch Manager.
Florida Title Agents License preferred
Typing required and MS Office & Internet Skills a must
