SetPoint Consultants is national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Banking, Financial and Customer Service industries. We have a national title company that is looking for a Remote National Title Closing Officer for a full time position.
This a remote position so candidates must have a functioning home office to be considered.
Candidate will provide top level customer service and will prepare closing packages and schedule closings throughout the US. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys and agent customers and must return all calls within a very strict window of time. Candidates will also be reviewing title commitments and prepare all closing documents. Candidates will assist in coordination and assignment of Closers with closing date, time and location of closing.
Salary Range $58,000-$62,000/yr. This is a permanent position upon hire and is NOT temp.

Title Closing Officer
 must have a minimum of 3 years current experience as a Title Closer or Escrow Officer. Candidates that have multi-state closing experience will be given priority consideration. This is a very fast paced environment so candidates must be able to prioritize and have a sense of urgency while focusing on customer service. There is a very positive atmosphere in this office with everyone knowing they are part of a team. Candidates MUST have great computer skills as all work is done on a computer. Job Requirements

3 years of title closing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Strong communication skills are essential
Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle stress in a positive and professional manner.
