Description

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance and Customer Service industries. We have a growing company in the St. Petersburg area that is looking to hire several candidates for a Real Estate Data Entry position.

The salary range is $14.00-$17.00/hr. The higher pay is for candidates that have mortgage or banking experience and understand loan documents.

Candidates must have mid-high level Excel scores and will be given a pre-hire typing and Excel test. 

Real Estate Data Entry Associate:

This position is responsible for performing administrative duties for a busy real estate company. The individual will type correspondence, maintain files, and gather information to prepare various periodic reports. The person may occasionally communicate with clients and other company associates through email and phone contact. This position will also involve utilizing database software. Typing speed of 60+wpm is required.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.Candidates that have worked for a real estate firm, bank, title company or mortgage company will be given priority consideration.

Qualified candidates should possess administrative skills including excellent typing/data entry skills along with  Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional office experience. Mortgage or Banking experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college a plus)
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
  • Typing speed of at least 60 wpm
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and attire
  • Ability to pass background check
