SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing company in the Portland market that is looking to hire a skilled Real Estate Data Entry Assistant. Candidates must have excellent typing and data entry skills as this is a very fast-paced high volume position.

This is an immediate need and pay is $17.00/hr. Candidates that have mortgage or banking experience and understand loan documents will be given priority consideration. 

Real Estate Data Entry Associate:

This position is responsible for performing administrative duties for a busy real estate company. The individual will type correspondence, maintain files, and gather information to prepare various periodic reports. The person may occasionally communicate with clients and other company associates through email and phone contact. This position will also involve utilizing database software. Typing speed of 60+wpm is required.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates that have worked for a real estate firm, bank, title company or mortgage company will be given priority consideration.

Qualified candidates should possess administrative skills including excellent typing/data entry skills. Computer knowledge is required, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • 1-2 years of professional office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college a plus)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
