Candidates will assist in the Default Services department. Candidates will be managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Attention to detail, processing work accurately in a timely fashion, and following through on assignments to completion is critical to this position. This position may include and is not limited to responding to inquiries from clients, courts, debtors, and debtor's attorneys, correspondences with all involved parties, and assisting with scheduling. The ability to use real estate technology, including Microsoft Office Products and the ability to work in multiple computer systems, is necessary.
1-2 years of experience working with a mortgage company, foreclosure/bankruptcy firm, or mortgage servicing firm is preferred. Candidates must be able to work in a high volume, strict deadline environment. Attention to detail and great customer service skills is critical.
•College degree preferred but High School degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
•1-2 years related foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, escrow or mortgage experience preferred.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to pass thorough background checks.
•Strong PC skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
