Salary Range for this role is: $17.00-$23.00/hr. and is based on experience. There is overtime available and a wonderful work environment.

Mortgage Compliance Analyst

The position helps ensure that the company and employees operate within the applicable rules, regulations, and requirements of the appropriate state and/or federal regulatory agencies as well as established company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support for escalated questions, inquiries, and issues within the Compliance department both through email and phone inquiry.

Provide 2nd level systemic support to line employees within all divisions and/or departments.  Make suggestions for improvements.

Support Compliance Department with regards to the coordination of monitoring and tracking industry compliance updates; creation of compliance related communication; assist or act as a lead for various applicable Compliance Department project implementations.

Provide oversight support as needed for the completion of the HMDA LAR. Assist and provide input in the review of Fair Lending Data Analysis.

Job Requirements

A minimum of  2-5 years experience preferred in Mortgage Compliance or related field.
TRID experience is preferred along with origination experience.
Good typing skills are required. MS Office & Internet Skills a must.
Solid job tenure and good references.
Must be able to deliver top notch customer service and work well under pressure.
