SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Banking, Financial and Customer Service industries. We have a client in the Irvine area that is looking for a Mortgage Closing Coordinator for a full-time position. The candidate will provide customer service and clerical support for the closing services division. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys, and agent customers as well as reviewing title commitments. Candidates will assist in the coordination and assignment of Notary Closers with closing date, time, and location of closing.
Mortgage Closing Coordinator candidates should have 1-2 years of experience working with a title insurance company, mortgage company, real estate law firm or other real estate services company. Candidates that have great data entry, computer and customer service skills will be considered.
Closing experience is highly preferred but we will consider candidates with other title/mortgage skill sets.
Pay for this position is $18.00-$19.00/hr.
