Description

SetPoint Consultants is national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Banking, Financial and Customer Service industries. We have a client in the Irvine area that is looking for a Mortgage Closing Coordinator for a full time position. Candidate will provide customer service and clerical support for the closing services division. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys and agent customers as well as reviewing title commitments. Candidates will assist in coordination and assignment of Closers with closing date, time and location of closing.

Mortgage Closing Coordinator candidates that have 1-2 years of experience working with a title insurance company, mortgage company, real estate law firm or other real estate services company will receive higher pay. Candidates that have great data entry, computer and customer service skills will be considered but at lower pay. 

Closing experience is highly preferred but we will consider candidates with other title/mortgage skill sets.

Pay for this position is $16.00-$18.00/hr.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Strong communication skills are essential
