We have a growing real estate company in Overland Park, KS that is looking to hire several Mortgage Clerks for their Real Estate Services division. Please submit your resume for immediate consideration. Mortgage Clerk:

This position is responsible for performing administrative duties for the real estate services division.  The individual will type correspondence, maintain files, and gather information to prepare various periodic reports. The person will communicate with loan clients, insurance companies, title companies, vendors and attorneys through email and phone contact. This position will also involve utilizing database software and candidates must have great computer skills.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Candidates that have worked for a mortgage company, real estate company, settlement services company, title company or bank will be given priority consideration.

Qualified candidates should possess administrative skills including good typing and calculator speed/accuracy, filing and especially customer service/phone skills.

Entry Level Positions Pay $14.00-$16.00/hr.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional office experience working in the Real Estate industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college a plus)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and attire
  • Ability to pass background check
