Description

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Customer Service and Banking industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to the Sales Manager and VP of Sales for a growing national real estate services firm in Irvine.

This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) position and is available immediately.

Salary is $60,000-$70,000/yr.

Executive Administrative Assistant:

Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in this role for a large corporation or at a law firm preferably supporting a sales manager. Job duties include answering phones, scheduling, preparing documents (correspondence, legal documents, and proofreading), process incoming/outgoing mail; copy, scan, fax and organize documents; maintaining senior management and executive team calendar; schedule meetings and appointments; arrange for travel, confirming appointments, and other support/administrative tasks the associates may need.

Experience working as an assistant to a Sales Manager/Executive is ideal. We are looking for candidate with excellent written and oral communication skills, solid organizational skills, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including having the ability to prioritize incoming/outgoing tasks and work effectively within a team environment. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and especially PowerPoint with the ability to assemble presentations.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as working in an Executive Assistant role with a large corporation.
Typing required and MS Office & Internet Skills a must
MS Office and PowerPoint skills mandatory
Solid job tenure and good references
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Friendly, outgoing positive personality
Ability to pass a thorough background check
