SetPoint Consultants is a national full service recruitment firm specializing in the Real Estate, Mortgage, Title, Legal and Customer Service industries. We are growing and looking for a contract Remote Recruiter to assist our team in Tampa.

We are looking for an energetic customer service professional to help recruit candidates for open positions across the United States. Candidates who have worked in the HR department helping with recruitment would be a great fit for this role. Also, candidates that have worked in the Mortgage, Title/Escrow, Legal or Banking industry, and understand our niche, may be a great fit. VMS recruiting experience in this space is also preferred.

If you do not have any recruiting experience but feel you have a great outgoing personality and you like to make phone calls and talk to people, this may be a great career path for you.

Starting pay is $15.00/hr. There is a chance of permanent employment based on performance.

Remote Recruiter:

Our Market Managers and Recruiters are mainly virtual and work out of a home office. SePoint offers a great opportunity for professionals who are tired of being micromanaged and spending 10 hours a day in an office and might be looking for a better work/family life balance. Successful candidates will assist team members recruiting for openings in Tampa and throughout the country. Some of the job duties of a Recruiter are as follows:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates utilizing online job boards, social media and networking
  • Screening resumes for specific job skills
  • Recruiting and screening candidates both over the phone and via email.
  • Assisting candidates with the application process and new hire paperwork
  • Working with VMS accounts finding qualified candidaes for roles in a time sensitive space
  • Assisting in other roles as needed

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience. Candidates that have worked in this role with a staffing agency will be given priority consideration. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, possess great written and communication skills and must have the ability to multi-task. A high sense of urgency coupled with excellent time management skills are a must.

1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to conduct business (via phone) in a home office
Sales experience preferred
Attention to detail coupled with high sense of urgency
